Revit in Sweden - Faculty-Led Program

Learn state-of-the-practice software, Revit, used by architects, engineers, and interior designers to create 3D building designs in the Scandinavia region of Northern Europe.
• Study for three weeks at Malmo University while exploring the the city of Malmo which has a wide variety of architecture styles, both old and new.
• Classroom work in Sweden takes place Monday through Thursday - have weekends free for independent sightseeing and travel.
• Financial aid may apply and scholarships are available.

Urban Ecology - Faculty-Led Program

This program focuses on the fundamental concepts of ecosystem science in a global urban setting. Malmo is a post-industrial city, much like Rochester, that has had to re-invent itself in the wake of a loss of major industry. The city has embraced many aspects of "green" infrastructure, and serves as an example of how cities can move toward sustainable urban living. The eco-center developments of Malmo, provide examples for Rochester to consider as it embarks on creating an eco-center in the High Falls area. You will explore topics such as transportation, immigration and more.

Malmö University - Exchange Program

Students have a unique opportunity to study at RIT exchange partner university, Malmö University in Malmö, Sweden. Malmö is considered one of the most inventive cities in the world and Malmö University is an active hub for research, education and innovation. As a partner university of RIT, students have the opportunity to study at Malmö University utilizing the resources Malmö has to offer while building relationships with local students.
